Simple Shelters is a division of Innovative Building Technologies (IBT). Our shelter kits consist of our panels and everything needed for rapid construction in emergency and non-emergency situations. Our exclusive product can be assembled or disassembled in hours and can be easily stored.

Transporting our kits to on or off-grid sites is simple, and the assembled products can be used as either temporary or permanent structures. Our structures can also be stored for repeated use.

Our shelters are unique from any other emergency housing on the market today. Our exclusive design makes for one of the strongest home building materials ever created. Our homes and structures have been able to withstand hurricane force winds, floods, fires, and other disasters. In fact, they are fully submersible.

IBT panels have an extremely high R-value because they are insulated with a one-of-a-kind polyurethane foam that is highly flame, mold, allergen, and insect resistant. The R-value of standard insulation is 13. Our 4” panels have an R- value of R 29.5 and our 6” panels have an R- value of R 49.5, making our shelters some of the highest performing products on the market.

Qwik Homes are assembled with the fastening brackets, screws, and polyurethane adhesive caulk we provide. We are confident and proud in the structural integrity of our finished products. However, hurricane prone areas have the option of tack welding the components, e.g., roof panels to wall panels, for added structural strength.

Safe Haven Emergency or Off Grid Home

Safe Haven

"Safe Haven" homes are designed with complete simplicity in mind. The kits are ideal for emergency or other off-grid circumstances/preferences because they are easily transported and take the least amount of time to assemble and disassemble. They are so durable, they can be stored and reused, but can also serve as permanent structures that will stand the test of time.

The Safe Haven is our most economical Simple Shelter. We have three models to choose from.

Safe Haven Model I

Harmony Home Emergency or Off Grid Home

Harmony Home

The "Harmony Home" is designed with families or multiple tenants in mind. Separate sleeping quarters and a larger living area offers a "harmonious" environment with "personal" space. All have the same interior 20' X 20' floor plan with three exterior models to choose from, including one with a flat roof.
